Where you have a legal right to cancel your online purchase, you may return the item within the applicable statutory cancellation period. Unless the item is faulty, damaged, incorrect, or the law requires otherwise, you are responsible for the cost of returning an item because of sizing or a change of mind.
Returned items should be unworn other than trying them on, unwashed, and in their original condition.
Damaged, faulty, misprinted or incorrect items
If something arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or is not what you ordered, please contact support@askkaty.co with your order number and photographs of the problem. Weβll help get it sorted.
Where do I send a return?
Please do not send merchandise back to Ask Katy or to any correspondence address shown elsewhere on the website.
MMYBβ’ merchandise is fulfilled by our production partner, Printful. Contact us before returning an item and weβll provide the correct return address for your particular order.
